Here you will have the chance to mingle and meet influental people in the coeliac disease society.
In the lobby of the hotel there will be a gluten free food product exhibition with booths and exhibition stands where Sponsors and Food Business Operators will be able to promote their products.
Sponsors will also have a dedicated space for setting up their booth.

09:00 - 09:15 Opening & Sponsors’ acknowledgement  

The conference starts with an opening speach from Tunde Koltai, Chair of AOECS Board and Veronica Rubio, AOECS Secretary General.
The main sponsors of the event are also presented.

09:15 - 09:30  New Book Release: “Pediatric and Adult Celiac Disease. A clinically oriented perspective” 

Professor Riccardo Troncone presents the new book edited by Professor Gino Roberto Corazza. The book contain interesting facts and discoveries about coeliac disease from one of the leading coeliac disease countries in the world, Italy.

09:30 - 10:00 Panel Discussion: Gluten Free Foods and new treatments for coeliacs: How can they work together?

Currently gluten free diet is the only treatment for coeliacs, but new treatments may appear into scene in the coming future. How does this development complement the gluten free diet?

European law allow beer being labelled as gluten-free even if it is made of fermented gluten-containing ingredients. However, this is not the situation in other parts of the world.
