AOECS will attend and speak at the 6th International Symposium on Gluten-Free Cereal Products and Beverages 2023 (GF23) in Rome on October 18-20, 2023.
At this symposium AOECS will meet and influence people directly involved in the research and development of new products for coeliacs. Take the opportunity to tell what you think of gluten-free food today and what is missing.
