During May, Coeliac Awareness Month, particularly on "International Coeliac Disease Awareness Day" on May 16, various coeliac organizations worldwide will unite in national and international campaigns to amplify their message and mission of raising awareness about celiac disease.

Some associations will host events throughout May, while others will highlight coeliac disease by participating in the "Shine a Light on Celiac Disease" movement.
