AOECS is attending the 8th edition of the yearly exhibition Free From Food Expo held in Amsterdam on November 23-24. We are supporters of this event since we find it important to promote the production of more gluten free food.
Also, as the demand for gluten free products is rising it is vital to inform food producers about coeliac disease and the necessity of safe production for products labelled with "gluten free".
