Free From Food Expo - Barcelona, 7-8 June, 2022
AOECS is attending the exhibition Free From Food Expo held in Barcelona on June 7-8. We attend this event since we find it important to promote the production of more safe gluten free food for people suffering from coeliac disease.
At this event over 320 food business operators representing products and brands from over 53 countries meet to exchange ideas and discuss production of food without allergens.
As the demand for gluten free products is rising it is vital to inform food producers about coeliac disease and the necessity of safe production for products labelled with "gluten free".
